How it works
WorkStory MCP is a Model Context Protocol server. Once connected, Microsoft Copilot can query your WorkStory workspace on your behalf — pulling the relevant feedback, review summaries, and goals into the conversation so you can ask follow-up questions, compare periods, and export the result as a plan, a summary, or a presentation outline.
- Access follows WorkStory's existing permissions. Nobody sees data through Microsoft Copilot that they couldn't see in WorkStory.
- Answers cite the underlying feedback rather than inventing it.
- Works alongside your existing Microsoft Copilot workspace; nothing about your day-to-day setup changes.

WorkStory MCP is available to WorkStory customers, and setup takes a few minutes.
