Whose data does it reach?
Requests are tied to the signed-in user and their WorkStory organization. No question can reach another company's data.
Does connecting an AI tool widen someone's access?
No. The MCP returns only what that user can already open in the WorkStory web app. Asking through Claude or ChatGPT grants nothing extra.
What can it read?
Feedback, review cycles, performance reviews and people data, all of it limited to what that person already has permission to see.
Can it change anything?
The one action it can take is sending a feedback request or posting feedback, and it always shows you what it will do and waits for your approval.
Where does the finished work get made?
