Giving Feedback Directly in Slack

Slack Slash Commands
To enable feedback in Slack, we've created a new slash command. These are shortcut actions to give the user a faster way of managing a task.
By simply entering "/give-feedback", WorkStory users can share feedback instantly without having to log into the web platform.
/give-feedback Walkthrough
To use the /give-feedback command...
- In your Slack workspace, type "/give-feedback" and hit enter
- Select the team member you'd like to give feedback to - you can type in the field to search for their name
- Write the feedback comment
- Select how visible you would like your feedback to be, then submit
